Finally again a product, which has raised my playing instinct! :D This "peel off base coat" is made to remove easily nail polishes without polish remover.
First impression: It smells like my water soluble PVA glue! Second impression: It has got the same behaviour when drying! (Change from white to colorless, takes a relatively long time to dry)
Of course I had to test it on a finger... When the base coat was dry, I could actually remove it with water again! So you should not wash your hands again before you apply the color coats... ;-) I would also recommend to let the base coat dry very thoroughly, even if it takes a bit longer!
And now the most important thing: the polish can really be peeled off! Only at the edges and the tips of the nails it was a bit more difficult for me… Otherwise, the lacquer can be removed easier if the nails are painted thicker! I would recommend this base coat mainly for glitter manicures with multiple layers that are difficult to remove completely with nail polish remover!
+ It works! :D
+ No smell of polish
+ Survived shower without problems
+ You can leave dents in the manicure with a pointed object, but the dents disappear on their own again! (I know this behavior so far only by Shellac and other UV polishes)
- Long drying time
- A day in the pool could cause problems (unfortunately not yet tested by myself, but I heard it from Schokoschiiirmchen)
